Originally developed as breast cancer treatment (Masteril). Bodybuilding use focused on pre-contest 'hardening' and anti-estrogenic synergy with other AAS. Strong androgenic effects disproportionate to anabolic — accelerates androgenetic alopecia.
Mechanism
DHT derivative; non-aromatizing; mild anti-estrogen activity (structural similarity to AI exemestane); primarily used for 'hardening' in lean cutting phases

Propionate 100 mg EOD or enanthate 200-400 mg/week
