Despite frequent 'best SARM' marketing in forums, human data is functionally zero — all evidence from in vitro myoblast studies by Kanno. Steroidal backbone means it's more an oral AAS than a SARM. Avoid.

Structurally a steroidal SARM derivative (methylated DHT backbone); proposed dual action — partial AR agonism plus inhibition of myostatin via follistatin upregulation; in vitro data only
